"The Muppets" Is Great and a New TV Show Is in the Works

I loved the new Muppet movie.  I had more fun at this movie than any movie I can remember.  I laughed and laughed through out the film, which is unusual.  The classic Muppet songs along with the new ones were great.  My wife and I were listening to the soundtrack as we traveled for Thanksgiving.  It was fun seeing the old gang back together again, and even though the plot has been done before, it was still heart warming and as i mentioned earlier a lot of fun.  This is a must see for any of us who grew up with the Muppets and anyone who has young kids.

"The Muppets" may make $40 million this weekend, which is especially good since the budget for the film was only $45 million. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/box-office-twilight-muppets-thanksgiving-266044

In other Muppet news, The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that, "The network is developing The New Nabors, a single-camera comedy project that centers on a family that lives in Palm Springs and is aghast with their new neighbors -- a gang of puppets."  I would still prefer a revival of the actually "Muppet Show" with the guest stars and skits, but Muppets on TV would be cool however it happens.  Read the full story here:  http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/jim-henson-nbc-262544
